How is Engage different from Connect?

Connect includes one channel (SMS or webchat) for up to 3 users. Engage includes both messaging channels together, up to 10 users, unlimited inboxes, intelligent routing, Observations, BYOC SMS, and light audio features.

Is Engage a phone system?

No. Engage adds website Voice Chat and team Huddles—not full business phone lines. If you need inbound/outbound calling and softphone, choose Workspace with optional VirtualPBX VoIP ($9/user/mo).

Can we bring our own SMS carrier?

Yes. BYOC SMS is available on Engage and managed in your account. Messaging BYOC is included—no separate setup fee for SMS.

What integrations are included?
